Like to meet you?

My interest in politics is to understand our place in History compared to the scriptures. I try to add enough teaching to help someone not studied to have some understanding of why I pick certain weekly or daily happenings to zero in on. I have no formula I follow and I tend to ramble at times. Even in the ramblings there is sometimes information or at least a brain break mentally from whatever you were involved in before you opened my mail. I may end up with no one, I guess we will see as I regroup. I have to stop and breathe, like now, because I sometimes find things so overwhelming as today, that I can't believe it is really happening. I as many others have been on watch for years for the final days of the age of grace. I believe the signs are real and we may have entered a countdown this time, that will not stop.

Does this mean God is going to finish His work at least as far as the Church Age. It will happen and we are told to be awake and watching for the signs. God has changed His mind from time to time. My favorite is Hebrews 11:29 where He says He doesn't change His mind on our gifts or salvation. I also think of King Hezekiah in 2 kings 20:1-6 where God changes His mind about when the king would die, because of the king's prayers. I don't like assigning dates as I have seen it before and it never seems to work out. Who knows maybe God decided to give another chance as in Jonah. This time we have had the modern day Jonahs for years, trying to warn the world. This time the world hasn't listened and even treat the Jonahs like mindless morons. That is changing no matter where we are at in the timetable. I can think of at least two men coming you best not mess with. I Remember 88 reasons the book about why God was coming back in 1988. I think the writer probably is still in hiding. The verse of 2 chronicles 7:14 can still apply, you know the verse "if my people". I do think there comes a point where the timer is set and doesn't stop. A 7 year interval starts and nothing will stop it, more information about this will be in the blogs, along with the last remaining events during that time. Are we at that place in time? It is very possible, I mean look at what the democrats are doing-----wait I am just teasing. It is however not a mystery that God's will is not a big part of our countries current strategic planning. That goes for both parties. I try to look at the world the way God sees it. I think God can send lightening where ever He wants to. In other words God still judges the earth and spanks His children. We somehow see God as Savior only and forget some of His other attributes. There is going to be a great judgment and it is God who does it. I think most everyone knows of the tribulation and the great white throne. I think it might be a good time to start a study of the details surrounding and during the tribulation, if you don't know. There may not be enough time if you try to rely on men alone for your teachings. I also send out email alerts and updates if I have addresses sent to my email. I know before my illness, all my clients in my business knew things were changing fast. That was three years ago and it has sped up considerably since then. Toby
